Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your skin; if you are not completely satisfied with your Colorescience purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include at least 50% of the product to be eligible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label to print and attach to your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, include any promotional gifts if required, and drop the package off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
